About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Backend Executive to join our digital marketing team at Design Global Technology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, coordinating projects, and supporting the sales and marketing process from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and existing clients to promote our digital marketing services.
• Conduct and assist in client meetings, understand their requirements, and help close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time.
• Track client progress, prepare reports, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client coordination, backend operations, or digital marketing sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
• Confident, organized, and target-driven with the ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
