Backend Engineer

Role Overview: You will be an individual contributor capable of meeting the expectations of a highly skilled team with extensive technical expertise in developing applications for the US mortgage market. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. - Lead the implementation of robust integration solutions, including designing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs, handling authentication protocols like OAuth, and integrating third-party services. - Work extensively with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for writing complex queries, query optimization, and data modeling; experience with ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper is essential. - Ensure application reliability by writing unit tests, integration tests, and adhering to secure coding best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, using Git for version control and managing CI/CD pipelines through tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. - Demonstrate strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Working experience in building applications within the US Mortgage Domain. - Expected to have good communication and experience in working directly with US-based customers. - Expected to work at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific business hours. - To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.,
