Job Description

Industry:

Role & responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Golang
.
Implement and optimize
REST APIs
ensuring scalability and reliability.
Work with
Kafka/RabbitMQ
for event-driven systems.
Design data models and optimize performance across
SQL and NoSQL databases
.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA, DevOps).
(For SDE-II) Lead design & architecture of scalable systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.

Preferred candidate profile:

For SDE-I (Backend Engineer):

1-3 years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in
Golang
(Python is a plus).
Good understanding of
REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
.
Exposure to
event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and eagerness to learn.

For SDE-II (Backend Engineer):

3-6 years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in
Golang
and
Kafka/event-driven systems
.
Proven experience with
distributed systems & microservices
.
Solid experience in
SQL & NoSQL databases
.
Hands-on with
Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
.
Strong system design, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
