As a Backend Engineer at Momentum, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the infrastructure that powers the AI-driven enterprise listening platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using TypeScript and Node.js, working with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices, implementing scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, building and improving APIs that connect frontend and backend services, collaborating with the AI team to integrate machine learning models, ensuring the reliability and performance of systems, participating in code reviews, and contributing to engineering best practices. This full-time role is based out of the Hyderabad office with a requirement of at least 3 days a week in the office. Qualifications for this role include 3-5 years of backend development experience, strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, expertise in TypeScript and Node.js (or a willingness to learn Python/Go), experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms, an understanding of microservices architecture and API design, familiarity with database systems and data modeling, and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset. The tech stack at Momentum includes Languages & Frameworks such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, Cloud & Infrastructure tools like Google Cloud (Pub/Sub, Postgres, Kubernetes, Redis), Docker, Docker Compose, APIs & Integrations with Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Zendesk, Zoom, Gong, Asana, AI & Authentication using OpenAI (GPT-4), Auth0, GraphQL, and Data Management tools like Hasura and GraphQL.
