Job Description

We at Invictus are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with good problem-solving skills and hands-on experience building scalable backend services. Knowledge of Golang is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
Work on cloud-based, distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Requirements

4-7 years of strong backend development experience.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Good To Have

Exposure to Golang development.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
