Job Summary

We are seeking three Senior Backend Engineers, with one position remaining, to build and modify services critical to product and business needs using Golang. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to translate our technical and product vision into a concrete roadmap, ensuring high-quality, well-tested code. This role involves taking ownership of the security, stability, scalability, and operational integrity of our backend systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and modify services using Golang to meet critical business needs.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create a tangible quarterly roadmap.
Write high-quality, well-tested code and debug technical problems to enhance system performance and usability.
Review all feature designs within the product area and ensure they align with business goals.
Maintain and improve the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of backend systems.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Golang and experience with Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
A passion for high-quality code and effective software engineering processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Industry Experience Required

: Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth internet/software company is essential.
