Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js. Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices that power web and mobile applications. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices. Integrate databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production and development environments. Required Skills : 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js (Express/Nest.js). Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git. Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms like OAuth2, JWT. Understanding of performance tuning, scalability challenges, and caching strategies (Redis, CDN). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
