Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using
NestJS
and
TypeScript
.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs to serve the needs of our web (Next.js) and mobile (React Native) applications.
Implement database schemas and manage data storage solutions (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) using ORMs like
TypeORM
or
Prisma
.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the backend applications.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, Guards, and Passport strategies).
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these problems.
Create and maintain API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on work experience with the NestJS framework.
Proficiency in
TypeScript
and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong understanding of Node.js architecture and event loop.
Experience working with relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Familiarity with dependency injection, decorators, and modules within NestJS.
Experience using version control tools, specifically
Git
.
Ability to write clean, documented, and standard-compliant code.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
