Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and building scalable backend systems and robust APIs. The ideal candidate is proficient in Node.js, Python, or Java, and has hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservice architecture, and modern cloud-native development practices. This role requires a strong understanding of full-cycle engineering, including development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java. Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations. Work with event-driven architectures and serverless computing frameworks like AWS Lambda, SQS, and EventBridge. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including system design, development, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture and implementation meet business goals and technical standards. Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security. Contribute to the backend architecture of media workflows (image, 3D, video) and/or project management tools where applicable. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in backend development. Strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience designing and implementing microservices and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Understanding of event-driven systems and serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge). Familiarity with modern engineering practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in developing backends for media-related applications (image, 3D, video) or collaboration tools. AWS Developer Associate or other relevant cloud certification. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
