Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Laravel / Node.js) to join our development team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, expertise in backend frameworks, and the ability to design and implement scalable APIs and database architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Laravel (PHP) and/or Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability and security.
• Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent) including schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, mobile, UI/UX) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) and/or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Docker / CI-CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend basics (React, Vue, or Angular) for smooth collaboration.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
