Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at our company, your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js. Collaboration with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Writing clean, scalable, and testable code is essential for this role. You will also be optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability, as well as implementing security and data protection measures. Additionally, participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers when required will be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and debugging applications will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development - Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and relevant frameworks - Experience with RESTful APIs, MongoDB, SQL databases, and integration with third-party services - Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure preferred) - Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and security best practices - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team Please note that this position is based in Trivandrum, Kerala, and requires on-site presence.,
