Backend Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js. Collaboration with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders is a key aspect to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Writing clean, scalable, and testable code is essential. Optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability, as well as implementing security and data protection measures, are crucial tasks. Your role will involve participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers when required. Troubleshooting and debugging applications will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and relevant frameworks is a must. Experience with RESTful APIs, MongoDB, SQL databases, and integration with third-party services is also required. Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure preferred) will be beneficial. A solid understanding of asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and security best practices is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team are important qualities for this role. This position is based in Trivandrum, Kerala and requires on-site presence.,
