Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer to join our team on a project basis . Whether you're a fresher with good technical knowledge or someone with up to 2 years of experience , if you’re serious about backend development and want to build real-world projects — we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code Create and manage APIs and server-side logic Work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Integrate frontend and backend functionality Debug, test, and optimize backend processes Collaborate with the development and design teams Skills & Requirements: Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, etc. Basic understanding of REST APIs and database systems Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team Version control (Git) basics Ability to solve problems and deliver quality code Note: Freshers with strong project work, GitHub portfolios, or internship experience are welcome to apply. Compensation: This is a project-based role . Payment will depend on the scope, timelines, and complexity of each project.
