Role Overview

Back Office Telecaller / Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily calling operations on behalf of the

  CFO

  , including client follow-ups and information collection.
• Make internal coordination calls with team members and departments.
• Maintain a structured

  schedule and appointment calendar

  for the CFO.
• Attend and filter incoming calls, ensuring proper communication flow.
• Record call summaries, maintain feedback logs, and provide regular updates.
• Support with

  basic data entry and documentation

  tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum

  12th Pass / Graduate

  in any stream.
• Excellent

  spoken and written English

  (mandatory).
• Proficient in

  Hindi

  and preferably

  Gujarati

  .
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
• Prior experience in a telecalling, receptionist, or executive assistant role is an advantage.

• Must be available to work

  on-site in Ahmedabad

  (computer and phone access will be provided).
