Back End Person (Share Broking)- for Gretex Group

Role: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for trade settlements, client account management, reconciliation, and compliance support in a stock broking environment. Ensures smooth operational flow between exchanges, depositories, clients, and internal teams.

Task & Activities:

1) Trade Support & Settlement

a) Record, verify, and reconcile daily trades executed by dealers

b) Coordinate with exchanges (NSE/BSE) and clearing corporations for settlement of funds and securities.

c) Handle pay-in/ pay-out of funds and shares within timelines.

2) Client Account Management

a) Maintain client records, KYC, and account opening/closure formalities.

b) Monitor client margin, ledger balances, and exposure limits.

c) Assist in processing fund transfers, demat transactions, and client requests.

3) Reconciliation and Reporting

a) Perform daily reconciliation of broker’s pool accounts, client demat accounts, and bank statements.

b) Generate and share contract notes, margin reports, and statements with clients.

c) Prepare regulatory/statutory reports for SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories.

4) Compliance & Risk Management

a) Ensure all transactions comply with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and depository (NSDL/CDSL) guidelines.

b) Monitor risk management policies (margins, limits, exposure).

c) Support internal/external audits and maintain required records.

5) Support Functions

a) Coordinate with dealers/front office for trade-related issues.

b) Assist in resolving client queries related to trades, settlement, or accounts.

c) Handle DP operations like pledge/unpledged, dematerialization, and corporate action processing
