Back Office / Sales Coordinator

The role requires you to handle documentation and reporting tasks efficiently. This includes preparing and maintaining various documents such as PFI, IPO, ODF, and invoices. You will also be responsible for generating E-way Bills, maintaining accurate MIS reports, and ensuring internal tracking and reporting are up to date. In terms of logistics and dispatch, you will coordinate dispatch activities, book couriers, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, maintaining proper logs of inward and outward documents and materials will be part of your responsibilities. Communication skills are essential as you will be drafting professional emails and corresponding with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Regularly updating and managing the client list database for accuracy and accessibility is a crucial aspect of the role. You will need to liaise with other departments and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and provide administrative support when necessary to ensure efficient office operations. Key skills required for this role include a strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP, and Tally, proficient email writing and drafting abilities, expertise in documentation and filing, good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
