Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Description:

At Get Catalyzed, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients globally across various industries, helping them improve their efficiency by managing diverse tasks virtually.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Accurately manage data entry tasks, including compiling lead lists and organizing research findings in Excel and CRM platforms.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and best practices to create concise and insightful reports.
• Oversee calendar coordination and scheduling to ensure smooth client meetings and team alignment.
• Handle inbox management, follow-ups, and email notifications tailored to client preferences, along with other administrative support tasks.
• Manage LinkedIn profiles and activity to drive engagement and visibility; assist in maintaining a strong presence across social media platforms.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, provide responsive customer support, and assist with research across various projects.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Possess strong written and spoken English communication skills, along with keen attention to detail and adaptability to new tools and workflows.
