We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operation professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing data entry, reconciliation, and various back office tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our business processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and process back office operations efficiently
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record keeping
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements
Support front office operations by providing necessary documentation and reports
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions and documentation
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
2-10 years of experience in back office operations or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial software and databases
