As a Back Office Fresher, your main responsibilities will include performing data entry, recording and maintaining accurate data, coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow, handling email replies promptly and professionally, generating reports, and providing updates to management as required. It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security at all times. To excel in this role, you should possess good organizational and time management skills, have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, be able to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Additionally, good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The working hours for this position are from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The office is located in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, and the job type is Full-time, Fresher, Internship.
