Back Office Executive/Assistant Manager

As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager at Digisecure Insurance Broking & Risk Management Services Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations in insurance broking and risk management, primarily focusing on health insurance processes, client communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to clients and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Policy Quote Comparison & Management: Generate, review, and manage health insurance quotations to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy guidelines. - Coordination with Insurance Companies & TPAs: Collaborate with insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs) to facilitate seamless claims processing and resolve issues promptly. - Client & Patient Communication: Counsel clients and insured individuals on policy coverage, claims processes, and address their concerns with empathy and clarity. - Claims Dispute Resolution & Escalation Management: Investigate and resolve escalated claims disputes, maintaining transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders. - Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of claims, interactions, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on claims status and operational matters. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with healthcare providers, insurance partners, and internal teams to streamline processes and uphold service excellence. - Client Guidance: Offer expert advice on retail and group insurance processes, setting up best practices for patient and client interactions. Qualifications: - Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Knowledge of insurance and risk management practices, particularly in health insurance. - Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,
