Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day back office operations and claim/networking support
  • Preparing, checking, and submitting tender documents (GeM / e-procurement portals preferred)
  • Coordinating with vendors, departments, and clients for tender-related requirements
  • Maintaining records of tenders, quotations, invoices, and official correspondence
  • Drafting emails, letters, and follow-up communications
  • Managing data entry, MIS reports, and documentation
  • Supporting claim, networking activities as required
  • Performing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines

Key Skills Required:

  • basic knowledge of tender documentation & online tender portals
  • basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
  • basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience

Working Hours: 10 Am to 7 Pm

Gender: Female

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
