Job Description

Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Process orders from the marketing team and share with the plant and logistics for execution
  • Coordinate with international customers for shipment schedules and documentation
  • Maintain internal MIS and follow up for timely order fulfillment

2. Logistics & Export Operations

  • Coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for timely dispatches
  • Manage vessel bookings and liaise with shipping lines
  • Handle all pre- and post-shipment export documentation
  • Ensure timely and compliant customs clearance

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in

    sales back-office

    or

    export documentation

  • Experience working with

    CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines

  • Knowledge of

    customs procedures, Incoterms, shipping documents

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Email Communication, and ERP/SAP (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
