Key Responsibilities:
Data entry, record keeping, and maintain company databasesPrepare and manage reports, documents, and official correspondence.Assist in processing invoices, bills, and maintaining financial records.Coordinate with front-office staff, vendors, and internal departments.Handle emails, phone calls, and other official communications.Manage office inventory, files, and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ETC
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years in back-office or administrative roles.
Work Environment:
Office-based position with regular working hours.
Salary:
Rs.15,000 – Rs.17,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
