• Maintain records, data entries, and documentation related to Pumps, Motors & Valves.
• Use AI tools & ChatGPT for drafting emails, quotations, and reports.
• Support sales and marketing teams with back-office operations.
• Handle calls, emails, and customer communication professionally.
• Prepare and maintain PWS Sheets.
• Maintain proper records of offer data.
• Keep updated records of pending enquiries and offers submitted.
• Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel).
• Ability to learn quickly and use AI tools effectively.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
