Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive (IT & Computer Operations)About the Role

We are an IT & software/app development company looking for a smart, organised, and tech-savvy Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate must have strong computer knowledge, basic technical understanding, and the ability to manage daily office operations, backend tasks, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily office work, desk operations, and backend tasks.
Perform data entry, system checking, and project-related updates.
Monitor & track all social media channels and suggest ideas for growth and promotions.
Manage communication: phone calls, emails, client coordination.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain organised records of company data and documentation.
Support multiple tasks and departments as needed (multitasking ability).
Ensure daily workflow runs smoothly with accuracy and responsibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduation in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications (preferred)
Strong computer skills: MS Office, internet, email communication
Basic technical understanding of software/IT environment
Good written & verbal communication skills (English + Hindi)
Highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Minimum 2 years of experience in back office / operations or related roles.
Must have their own vehicle.
Females preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
