Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize company records, databases, and documentation.
• Assist with vendor coordination, follow-ups, and communication.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documentation as required.
• Support data entry, processing, and verification to ensure accuracy.
• Manage emails, calls, and other communication tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and project reports.

What We Look For:

• Current students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills for handling internal and external coordination.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English is required. Additional languages are a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
