Back Office Executive

We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Operations & Client Service Executive to join the PriFinserv team. This vital back-office role is the engine of our client experience, ensuring seamless execution across our comprehensive range of financial products. About us (www.prifinserv.com) PriFinserv is a growing financial advisory firm managing over 800+ clients with an Asset Under Advisory (AUA) exceeding ₹100 Crores and serving 500+ insurance clients. We provide holistic solutions including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Bonds, and Fractional Real Estate. Key Responsibilities - The primary focus is flawless execution and operational support across two key verticals: 1. Mutual Funds & Investment Operations: Client Execution: Connect with clients to facilitate and execute transactions, including Mutual Fund Purchases, Redemptions, SIP Starts/Stops, and new account openings. Process Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all investment-related paperwork and online submissions. 2. Life & Health Insurance Back Office: Policy & Renewals: Handle the entire policy lifecycle, including applying for new policy proposals online and distributing renewal notices to clients, assisting with payment processing. Claims Management: Prepare and process Health and Life Insurance claims. Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with insurance company Relationship Managers for query resolution and follow-up on claims status. Query Handling: Act as the first point of contact for all client operational queries related to Life and Health Insurance. 3. Product Learning & Support: Knowledge Acquisition: Proactively learn the operational processes for advanced products, including PMS, AIF, Loan Against Securities, Fractional Real Estate, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Unlisted Securities.
