Job Description

Job Description – Back Office Executive

Location: Kurla West, Mumbai (Near Vidya Vihar Station)
Experience: 0.6 – 2 years (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports.
  • Handle day-to-day data entry and documentation work.
  • Prepare MIS reports and Excel sheets as required by management.
  • Verify accuracy of information before entering data.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth back-office operations.
  • Manage emails, documentation, and filing systems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
  • Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Education

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred: Commerce/Business/Computer Applications).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
