Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can manage administrative tasks, handle calls, support internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively in a team environment. only male candidate preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound and outbound/inbound calls professionally.

*Maintain and update reports using Advanced Excel.

*Coordinate with different teams to support operations.

*Assist in documentation, data entry, and record management.

*Ensure smooth communication flow between departments.

*Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
