Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Meet hiring targets within budget
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
  • Maintain consistent communication to track performance and address concerns.
  • Conduct induction and initial training as per Bajaj Allianz standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations.
  • Participate in regular review meetings .
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Minimum Graduation.
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment (preferably in insurance or financial services).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and sales cycle
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationships
  • Salary & Benefits.
  • Freshers salary starting from 17K upto 50k.
