Key Responsibilities Data & Document Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases, organize files, and process documents. Internal Coordination: Facilitate communication between different departments (finance, HR, operations). Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage office supplies, and handle general administrative needs. Process & Compliance: Ensure tasks follow company policies and procedures, maintaining reliable internal workflows.  Essential Skills & Qualifications Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, communication (written/verbal), and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management. Experience: Previous administrative or back-office experience is often required.  Role Focus Behind-the-Scenes: Works to keep internal systems reliable, unlike customer-facing roles. Accuracy: Emphasis on precision in record-keeping and data to prevent errors.
