About Us
Himalaya Internationals is a creative advertisement and branding company with in-house manufacturing. We specialize in delivering impactful branding solutions across print, retail, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records, reports, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
  • Assist in vendor/client communication via email and phone
  • Prepare Excel sheets, reports, and data entries as required
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task closures

Skills Required

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of business operations is a plus

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in admin, operations, or coordination roles preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and MS Office skills may also apply
