Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and organizing information into databases and various digital systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive and organized records of transactions, documents, and other relevant data.
  • Transaction Processing: Handling routine financial transactions, processing invoices, receipts, and managing payments.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating and distributing Management Information System (MIS) reports, and sometimes analyzing market research or business data to aid management decisions.
  • Coordination: Liaising with different departments to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and coordination between teams.
  • Administrative Support: Performing general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and professional communication.
