Job Description

  • Sales & Purchase Entry: Accurately record sales and purchase transactions in the company’s ERP/software system on a daily basis.
  • Dispatch Management: Maintain proper hisaab (records) of dispatches, bundle counts, roll/sheet details, and ensure correct entry of stock movement.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Prepare customer invoices and supplier bills, cross-check details, and maintain systematic records of all financial documents.
  • Courier & Documentation: Organize and dispatch invoices, challans, and related documents to clients via courier/email, and maintain tracking records.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain databases for inventory, stock balances, and order status to ensure smooth backend operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Accounting: 2 years (Required)
