Back Office Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Streamlining internal processes, optimizing workflow and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

● Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.

● Streamline internal work flow to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth

communication and coordination.

● Facilitate collaboration between departments to achieve common goals

Project Management:

● Implement and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of

objectives.

● Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. Data

Analysis:

● Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for

improvement.

● Generate reports to provide insights into operational performance.

Vendor Management:

● Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain

process.

● Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Post-graduation degree in Business Administration, Operations

Management, or a related field.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
