Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Back Office Executive who can manage operational tasks efficiently and support our daily business activities. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, capable of working extended hours when required, and possess strong typing and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day back office operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update company databases, reports, and records.
Prepare, verify, and analyze Excel-based reports and MIS data.
Ensure timely processing of operational tasks within set targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Handle documentation, data entry, and record management.
Support management in daily administrative and operational activities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data formatting, spreadsheets).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Candidate Requirements:

Male candidates only.
Minimum 1–2 years of back office or data handling experience preferred.
Must be ready to work extended hours based on operational needs.
Target-driven, responsible, and disciplined.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
