Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a financial professional located in Kanpur. The person will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations, supporting office operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. Additional responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Skills to do Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Finance/accounts
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Freshers with no experience are welcome
  • Master's in Commerce, or business administration will be preferred
  • Leadership skills candidates will be preferred
