Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, data management, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth business functioning. This role does not involve front-end customer interaction but requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain data entry tasks and update internal databases regularly.
• Process documentation related to invoices, purchase orders, and sales records.
• Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and logistics.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.
• Respond to emails, queries, and phone calls related to administrative work.
• Ensure all back-end processes are executed accurately and on time.
• Perform regular follow-ups and status updates on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
• Proficiency in CRM software is an added advantage (if applicable).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
