Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee - Real Estate Documentation based in Surat. The role involves handling back office operations, maintaining real estate documentation, ensuring accurate data entry, supporting communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The employee will also assist with finance-related tasks and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and maintaining accurate documentation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist with finance-related tasks
• Ability to support the Sales team and collaborate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
