Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Back Office Employee at Aditya Financial Services located in Ahmedabad. The role includes various back office operations tasks related to finance, sales, communication, and customer service.


Qualifications

  • Back Office Operations skills - Client Onboarding & Paperwork, KYC onboarding for mutual fund and stocks, creating posts/newsletter for LinkedIn & Instagram .
  • Tech know-how should have prior knowledge of wealth management and broking platforms
  • Problem-Solving Mindset - Should be able to attend client queries and efficiently resolve them
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
