Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Record Keeping Enter and update data within ERP systems, maintain accurate data, inventory, and transaction records. Order Processing Handle internal processing of customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Ensure accurate, timely filing and confirmations Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with stores or vendors to manage shortages or excess. Vendor and Internal Coordination Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and production units regarding deliveries, quality issues, or stock adjustments. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Technical Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, dashboards); familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems is a plus. Organizational & Analytical Skills Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Communication & Language Skills Clear verbal and written communication; knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or English can be beneficial. Soft Skills Effective teamwork, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and professional customer service mindset.
