We are hiring Office Coordinator for Ghaziabad location. Position - Office Coordinator (Female) Experience - 1 to 4yrs Salary - 13k to 15k Location - B.S.Road Industrial area, Ghaziabad Job Description: Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, filing systems, vendor coordination, and correspondence. Maintain and manage office records, invoices, contracts, and confidential documents. Coordinate internal communications and assist Staff Coordination & Support: Serve as a point of contact between departments and management for administrative support. Schedule staff meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff documentation. Guest & Client Services: Support front-of-house operations, ensuring a warm and professional guest experience. Handle guest queries and coordinate with departments to resolve issues promptly. Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, IT support, and other operational needs. Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained in line with hospitality standards.
