Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our team in IMT Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience and be responsible for managing records, preparing reports, and performing data processing.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to support business decisions.
  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing effective filing systems.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Familiarity with back office operations and procedures.
  • Industry: ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service.
