The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth internal processes, managing data, supporting projects, and maintaining effective communication across teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and support day-to-day business operations Record, organize, and maintain operational data and documentation Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars Provide timely communication and follow-ups with clients via phone and email Collaborate with internal teams and ensure seamless coordination Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal disruption Skills Required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and spoken English communication Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Team player with a proactive approach Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Freshers with the right skill set may apply.
