Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in documentation, data handling, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage office documents, records, and files accurately
  • Perform data entry and reporting using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day back-office operations
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and document control

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation completed (mandatory)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar back-office or administrative role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
