Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as managing back office operations, maintaining and organizing records, assisting with customer service, and supporting the team with documentation and data management. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in office productivity software such as MS Office Suite and data management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
