Back Office Assistant

As a Sales Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing important documents, and facilitating effective communication within the sales team. Your role will include ensuring that all sales-related equipment and materials are readily available and in proper working condition. You will be required to address customer complaints promptly and provide necessary after-sales support as and when required. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining both financial and non-financial data in electronic formats and preparing reports based on this data. Accurate and timely processing of all orders will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be expected to keep clients informed about any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise. Monitoring the team's progress, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing necessary changes will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a role in organizing promotional materials or events to support sales activities. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies will be essential in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
