The Back Office Assistant supports the smooth functioning of daily administrative and operational tasks. This role involves handling data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring efficient workflow across department

  • Coordinate with front-office staff to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and internal communication.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock updates, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
