Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Python development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, integrating Azure services, and working with SQL databases. A strong understanding of asynchronous programming and cloud-based systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Integrate Azure cloud services, including Service Bus and Function Apps.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures; optimize database performance.
• Implement asynchronous programming patterns in Python.
• Use GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Document technical solutions, progress updates, and work status in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python back-end development.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure Function Apps.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, VS Code, Azure Portal, Postman, or Insomnia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience integrating cloud-based messaging and serverless compute services.
