Back End Developer

We’re seeking a Back-End Developer to join our growing team in India. This is a full-time role with flexibility for occasional remote work. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems. You’ll also play a key role in debugging, testing, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices in software design.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development using Python (preferably Django) or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS).
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
